Save until 11/2/09:

• Registration is less than 2009’s fee

Through 12/10/09:

• Payment Plan: 50% is due when you register and 50% by 1/4/10.  Must register by 12/10/09 to qualify for the payment plan. Your first registration fee only installment is due when you register and the second by January 4, 2010. See details

• Planners receive a 10% discount per night from the participating hotels in the PCMA room block published group rate through Dec. 10, 2009.  A non-refundable first nights’ room and tax deposit is required. Thank you to the Dallas Hotel Community and the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau for their support of this offer.  Regular reservations ONLY require a credit card number guarantee.

Planner Scholarships:

• Does your travel budget not allow you to pay for registration?  Apply for a partial (registration only) scholarship until Dec. 3, 2009. Submit the brief scholarship application now.

Bulk Registrations:

• Discount of $50 is available for the 2nd through 6th registrant and a $100 discount is available for the 7th and any additional registrants above this number. See details.

Non-Members:

• If you live in Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Mississippi, Missouri, Louisiana, Kansas, Iowa, Arkansas become a PCMA member ($360 USD for Professional Members/$485 USD for Supplier Partner Members) and your registration fee to the Annual Meeting is $350 USD.  See details
